A.01, who we are

A family owned shop in Greerton that has been turning bare metal into something that lasts since 1999. We coat balustrades for new builds, chassis for restorers, valves for engineers and bin surrounds for back yards. The same oven, the same dot pattern, the same answer when the phone rings.

    A finely ground powder is applied with electrostatics, then baked. It melts, flows and cures into a finish that is harder than paint and stays put for years longer.

    A 6 metre guillotine that cuts 8 millimetre aluminium plate, a 6 metre premill folder, hydraulic gear that pans up to 230 millimetres tall. Everything is made on site to your specifications.

Five days,
start to dispatch.

Every job is logged into our tracker the moment it lands on the floor. From there it moves through prep, blast or chemical clean, coat, cure and quality check, then onto a transport pallet. You get the same job number from the first quote to the final delivery note.

    Intake

    Job booked in, photographed, ticketed.

  2. STEP, 02

    Prep

    Strip, blast or chemical clean, mask.

  3. STEP, 03

    Coat

    Electrostatic application, gun calibrated to the substrate.

  4. STEP, 04

    Cure

    Into the 8 metre oven, baked, flowed, cross linked.

  5. STEP, 05

    Check, ship

    Tested, packed, dispatched, tracked nationwide.
