We coat what comes through the door. Architectural balustrades for new builds. Car chassis and motorbike frames for restorers. Garage doors, valves, pipework, anchors, brackets, fence panels, gates, balcony rails, and the occasional one off art piece. Some days the oven is full of bin surrounds for a row of houses across the road. Some days it is a single bracket from a customer who drove down from Whakatāne.
We will quote a single bolt and we will quote a fit out. We have folded enough flashings to roof a small town and coated enough fence rails to wrap one. The work changes every day, the standard does not.

cut corners on.

01
Preparation
A coat is only as good as the surface under it. Strip, blast or chemically clean before powder ever leaves the gun.
-
02
Cure
The oven runs to the powder maker’s schedule, not ours. If it needs another fifteen minutes, it gets another fifteen minutes.
